Coleslaw Dressing:
- 1 c Mayonnaise
- 1 T and 1 tsp sugar
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 tsp mustard
Directions:
- combine the dressing ingredients.
- Add the cabbage just before serving so the salad will be crisp. Use 1 small cabbage, shredded and chopped. You can also add grated carrot for color (as shown in the photo).
