Matzah Pizza: Mushroom, Olive, Peppers, Red Onions and Basil

 

Ingredients

    • 4 matzah crackers
    • ½ cup pizza sauce
    • ½ cup shredded vegan parmesan or mozzarella cheese
    • Toppings: olives (sliced), red onions (sliced), red peppers (sliced), mushrooms (sliced), fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Place each matzah cracker on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and top with 2 tablespoons of sauce, your selected toppings and 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese.
  3. Bake for about 5 minutes.

  • Yield makes 4 servings (4 matzah pizzas)
