Debbie Grant's Gluten Free Bread (Bread machine)

Ingredients:


2 eggs whipped
1/3 cup Coconut oil or Olive oil
water 
- put this in bread maker -
3 1/2 C Bread mix (Pamela's Gluten Free Bread mix)
2 1/4 tsp yeast
1/2 C ground sesame seeds
1/2 C ground flax seeds
1 Tbs All-purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp parsley (dried)
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 bag - Daiya cheese (dairy-free)

Instructions:

Put the eggs, oil and water into the bread machine. Add the water last to the bread machine, adding just enough to bring the liquid up to 2 Cups on the bread machine measurement.


Add 3 1/2 C Pamela's GF Bread Mix into the bread machine, on top of the liquid.

Make a depression (a well) into the middle of the flour mix to hold the yeast.

Measure the yeast into the "well" in the flour mix.

Turn the bread machine On.

When it's time (indicated on the bread machine) to add, have ready and add the ground sesame, ground flax seeds and seasonings. Sprinkle into dough, alternating with a whole bag of Daiya cheese. Add these little-by-little, till the seed and herb mixture and cheese is all used.

Scrape the sides of the bread machine smooth.

Close the lid and let the bread machine do the rest.
