Debbie Grant's Carob Pudding

Ingredients:


1 quart Milkadamia Macadamia Milk
1 can (organic) Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk
1 Cup carob chips (sweet)
1 Tbs Vanilla
1/3 C coconut sugar
1/4 C Xylitol sweetener
4 Tbs organic Corn Starch

Instructions:

Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth. 

Pour blended mixture into a saucepan and heat on the stove.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly, to prevent burning.

Serve chilled with coconut whipped cream topping.
